What material do you use for your products?

We are committed to sustainability and quality. We exclusively use High-Quality Durable Bio-Plastic (PLA+). This material is eco-friendly and biodegradable, yet it offers superior strength and a premium finish compared to standard plastics.

Can I print my own design or 3D file?

Absolutely! If you have a custom idea or a ready-to-print file (like .STL, .OBJ or .3mf), you can upload it on our “Custom Craft” page. We will review your file and print it with high precision just for you.

How long does delivery take?

Since every product is freshly 3D printed specifically for your order (Made-to-Order), we need 2-3 business days for printing and post-processing (finishing) to ensure perfection. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4-5 days depending on your location.

What if I receive a damaged product?

We package every item with extreme care. However, in the rare case that your order arrives damaged, please share an unboxing video with us within 24 hours of delivery. We will verify the issue and arrange a free replacement for you immediately.

Do you accept Bulk Orders for events?

Yes! We accept bulk orders for corporate gifting, weddings, or events. If you need a large quantity, please contact our support team for special bulk pricing and timeline estimates.
