Cancellation, Echange, Return & Refund Policy
At Morf Factory, every product is made-to-order and custom-crafted using advanced 3D printing technology and sustainable bio-plastics. Due to the personalized nature of our work, we adhere to a strict policy regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
1. Order Cancellation Policy –
We begin preparing your order promptly to ensure timely delivery. Cancellations are only possible under specific conditions:
- When to Cancel: You may cancel your order only while it is in “On Hold” status or before production has officially started.
- Production Lock: Once the order status changes to “In Production”, it can no longer be cancelled, changed, or refunded. At this stage, materials (bio-plastics) and machine time have been permanently allocated to your specific project.
How to Request a Cancellation:
You can cancel your order using one of the following methods:
- Method 1: Instant Self-Cancellation (Dashboard) Go to My Account > Orders on our website. If your order status is still “On Hold”, you will see a Cancel button next to your order. Simply click it to cancel immediately.
- Method 2: Contact Support If the “Cancel” button is not visible or you are unsure about your order status, please contact us immediately to check if it is still eligible for cancellation.

2. Return & Exchange Policy –
Since every item is printed specifically for you—often based on individual specifications or design files—we cannot restock or resell returned items. Therefore, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind,” size issues, or preference changes.
Exceptions (Defective or Incorrect Items Only):
We will accept a return or offer a free exchange/replacement ONLY if:
- The item was damaged during transit.
- You received the wrong product due to our fulfillment error.
Mandatory Requirement: Unboxing Video
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must provide an uncut unboxing video of the package. This is mandatory to verify that the damage occurred during shipping and not due to mishandling after delivery.
3. Refund Policy –
- For Cancellations: If you cancel your order successfully (via Dashboard or Support) before it goes into production, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- For Damaged Items: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund after verifying your damage claim (photo/video proof required).
4. What Is Not Covered (Non Refundable/Non Exchangeable) –
Please note that the following are NOT eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Heat Damage: Our products are made from eco-friendly Bio-Plastics (PLA). These materials can warp if exposed to high heat (e.g., leaving the item in front of fire). Damage caused by heat exposure is not covered.
- Minor Imperfections: 3D printing is a layer-by-layer process. Small artifacts, layer lines, or minor cosmetic variations are normal and are not considered defects.
- Customer File Errors: If you provide your own 3D file, we are not responsible for print failures caused by design flaws (e.g., thin walls, non-manifold geometry).
- User Damage: Products broken due to mishandling or improper usage after delivery.
