Delivery & Pickup Terms
At Morf Factory, every product is crafted with care and precision. Because we specialize in custom and made-to-order 3D printed items, our delivery timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the product and your location.
1. Processing Time –
- Standard Orders: Processed within 3–5 business days.
- Custom or Hand-Painted Items: May take 7–10 business days to complete.
- *Note: Processing begins once your order is confirmed and payment is received.
2. Store Pickup Policy –
At Morf Factory, we offer a convenient Store Pickup option for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from our studio.

- Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST)
- (Closed on Sundays & public holidays)
How It Works
- Select “Store Pickup” during checkout.
- You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification when your order is Ready for Pickup.
- Bring your order confirmation (Email/SMS) at the time of pickup.
- Please collect your order within 5 business days of being notified.
Processing Time (For Pickup)
- Most orders will be ready within 3–5 business days depending on customization.
- Hand-painted or complex items may require up to 5-7 business days.
Important Note
If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, please share their name with us in advance via WhatsApp or Email.
3. Shipping & Delivery –
We ship across India via trusted courier partners to ensure your products reach you safely.
- Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
- RTO & Re-Shipping: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you or unavailability of the recipient, re-shipping charges will apply to send the package again.
4. Delivery Delays –
While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- High order volume.
- Quality Control Checks: If a 3D print does not meet our quality standards, we may reprint it to ensure perfection, which can add 1-2 days.
- Weather or courier-related disruptions.
- Supply chain issues.
We will notify you promptly in case of any unexpected delays.
5. Address Accuracy –
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order. Morf Factory is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
6. Damaged Packages & Claims –
We take great care in packaging our 3D printed items. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Requirement: To process a replacement or refund claim, you must provide a clear & Uncut Unboxing Video showing the unopened package label and the damage to the product.
- Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to accept claims for transit damage.
7. International Shipping –
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. For bulk or custom overseas inquiries, feel free to contact us directly to discuss possibilities.
