1. Processing Time

- All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

- Custom or hand-painted items may take 7–10 business days to complete.

- Processing begins once your order is confirmed and payment is received.
2. Store Pickup Policy
At Morf Factory, we offer a convenient Store Pickup option for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from our studio.

How It Works ?

- Select “Store Pickup” during checkout.

- You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification when your order is ready for pickup.

- Bring your order confirmation email or SMS and a valid ID at the time of pickup.

- Please collect your order within 5 business days of being notified.

- Hand-painted or complex items may require up to 7–10 business days.

- If someone else is picking up on your behalf, please share their name with us in advance.
3. Shipping & Delivery

- We ship across India and offer delivery through trusted courier partners.

- Standard delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

- You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.
4. Delivery Delays

5. Address Accuracy

- Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

- Morf Factory is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
6. Damaged Packages

- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will investigate and assist with a replacement if eligible.
7. International Shipping

- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. For bulk or custom overseas inquiries, feel free to contact us directly.
