1. Nature of 3D Printed Products –

Unlike mass-produced injection-molded plastics, our products are created using 3D printing technology (Additive Manufacturing). Please be aware of the following:

Layer Lines: Visible layer lines and minor textural variations are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process. These are not defects but rather proof of the manufacturing method.
Unique Finish: While we strive for perfection, small surface imperfections may occur. Every piece is unique.
Color Accuracy: Actual product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to lighting and monitor settings.

2. Material Usage & Care Instructions –

We use high-quality, sustainable materials (such as PLA/Bio-plastics). To ensure the longevity of your product:

Heat Sensitivity: Please do not expose the products to temperatures exceeding 55°C – 70°C (e.g. near direct heat sources like fire and others). High heat can cause the material to warp or deform.
Usage: Unless explicitly stated, our products are designed for decorative or light-functional use. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or subjecting the item to excessive stress.

3. Custom Orders & “Print Your File” Services –

If you use our services to print custom files or designs provided by you:

Intellectual Property: You declare that you hold the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to print the files you upload. We are not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from user-submitted files.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content (including weapons or explicit material).
No Returns on Custom Work: As per our Refund Policy, personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

4. Limitation of Liability –

Our products are not toys (unless specified) and may contain small parts.

Choking Hazard: Please keep small items away from young children.
General Liability: We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

5. Errors and Omissions –

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing and product descriptions. However, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or technical glitches.
